Our hotel is in direct proximity to the University of Ruhr, south of Bochum. We have very good traffic routes to the motorway A43 and to the airports Düsseldorf and Dortmund, as well as to the international fair and business centres and are nevertheless unusually calmly convenient.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
